Cheerful Sound Side Condo

Welcome to the Blue Ocean Bungalow! Nestled amongst live oaks & pine trees, B.O.B. is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo featuring brand new queen beds in both bedrooms, a fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen, new HVAC system, living area with a flat-screen Smart TV and lots of high end touches not usually found in the smaller rentals on the Outer Banks. Located on a private sound side street in Kill Devil Hills with community amenities and all the comforts of home.

A little bit about the condo:
We are on the first floor, you will have to walk up 5 steps to the front door. It's perfect for couples, families or a group of friends, we aim to accommodate all. We provide beach towels, but you will want to rent/bring any beach equipment that you will need for your stay at the beach. We also provide linens and bath towels. We have toiletries, dishwasher & laundry detergent, k-cups, tea & sugar just to name a few.
Our condo sits directly across from the tennis courts with an easy walk to the pool.
Bring your tennis gear and bathing suits!

A little bit about the neighborhood:
Quite sound side neighborhood, paths for walking, running and riding your bikes. Less than a mile from Publix, miniature golf, the movie theatre and most importantly the beach! There is a public beach access on First Street.

This is a great little condo. Very clean and it had everything we could have needed from soap, shampoo, and conditioner in both showers to pods for the dish washer. Even Q-tips in the bathroom. Check in was a breeze and the host very friendly and very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend!

In town for work trip with boss. Great place, easy to find, clean and comfy bed. AC works great! We had a very nice and warm welcoming letter with a bag of goodies for our fishing trip. The owner checked in and was available for questions regarding our stay. Highly recommended!

A beautiful home away from home

We loved every minute of our stay here! Our host, Amy, was amazing well before we even arrived, connecting with us on a personal level, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best it could possibly be! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the needs of my husband, my two kids- 16 & 18 years old, and me. The condo was close to many restaurants, Pitt putt golf, shops, etc. The on-site pool and tennis courts were a great addition as well. The next time you find yourselves in OBX, stay here!

Engagement Surprise

Perfect size and location for us. So glad a Publix grocery store was close by. Stayed far enough away from Corolla (to avoid being seen by our daughter for her surprise engagement- we came down from Ohio to surprise her). But yet, close enough to hang with family after the engagement). Only 30 minutes from Corolla. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay!

Located in a quite sound side neighborhood and it's so close to everything. There are paths for walking, running and riding your bikes. Less than a mile from Publix, miniature golf, the movie theatre and most importantly the beach! There is a public beach access on First Street.
