This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa stands alone (detached) on its own private grounds, sleeps 8 people (in proper full size extremely comfortable and sumptuous beds imported from the U.S.A. to Lanzarote, as opposed to the back breaking, uncomfortable & cheap camping type bed which is the standard fare throughout the Islands).Fully air conditioned throughout, this system is coin metered & payable locally, you pay only for what you use, at the electricity providers cost price. Awake refreshed and re-invigorated after a great nights sleep to a villa that is finished, furnished and appointed to the highest standards, have brekkie on your spacious and extremely private sun terrace and courtyard which is not overlooked, or sit and relax in your large hot-tub and enjoy the villas mesmerising, panoramic sea views overlooking the old harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. The villa also has flat screen TVs throughout and full Sky package included. Movies. Free wi fi with phone and fax if required.
Private parking is available behind the villas automatic gates, though car hire is not necessary as all amenities are close-by.
Large and spacious Private terrace (not overlooked) with large private outdoor Jacuzzi and large communal swimming pool, unobstructed panoramic sea views overlooking the old harbour, mountains and Fuerteventura in the distance. Flat screen TVs throughout with full sky package include movies. Free wi fi with phone and fax if required. Premier location within walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants. Even though close to all amenities,the villa is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The villa does have private parking behind the villas private automatic gates, and street side parking is also available. The villa is furnished and appointed to the highest standards,far above and in excess of what is considered normal in Lanzarote, with all quality furnishings and electrical appliances having been imported for convenience and ease of use through English language instructions. eg: washing machine/dryer/TV/DVD.

For all peak demand dates Except Christmas week/New Years week, ie, any dates containing school holidays, the rate is as posted €328 per night ( €2300 per week) This is the actual rate whether the occupancy is for 2 people or up to 6 people maximum.
For over 6 occupants and up to 8 people maximum during peak demand the rate is €2600.


The week of Christmas week and New Years week is charged at €2780 per week for up to 6 people...OR... when the occupancy is for more than 6 people, and up to a maximum of 8 people the price is €2980.


For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the quietest low season dates, the minimum rate for either 1 or 2 people sharing 1 bedroom is €1185 per week. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1485, the 3 bedroom rate is €1785.

For all peak demand dates, the rate is as posted €328 per night ( €2300 per week) for up to 6 people. This is the actual rate whether for 2 people or up to 6 people. The villa sleeps 8 people maximum, the price for 8 people over any peak demand dates is €2600 per week. The maximum 8 people occupancy rate over said peak demand dates is €2600. The Vrbo pricing structure does not allow the rate to be adjusted for the peak rate bands, therefore please submit a reservation request and the quote will be adjusted to the correct €2300 per week peak demand rate for up to 6 people or for 8 people €2600.
To clarify & confirm, even though the peak demand rate for 6 people is €2300 per week, any reservation request sent will show a rate that adds 4 extra people, once we receive the reservation request, the extra people addition will be removed and the rate will be corrected to the accurate peak demand rate of €2300 per week for 6 people.
