Alors que ma réservation était confirmée, aprèsj'arrivais pour 17 h comme convenu avec le propriétaire. Mais àp ce moment là, ABRITEL me téléphone pour m'indiquer que finalement le logement n'est pas disponible. On devait me rappeler pour me proposer autre chose. Aucun rappel. J'ai dû appeler pas moins de 3 fois pour obtenir 3 conseillers différents dont les 2 premiers qui n'ront pas tenu leur promesse de m'appeler. Le 3ème m'a indiqué que j'étais déjà remboursé et que je devais me débrouiller pour trouver autre chose. A 76 ans, avec mon ézpouse et 2 petits enfants de 6 et 13 ans, nous sommes restés à attendre sur un parking pendant près de 3 heures avant de trouver un hôtel où je ne pouvais plus prévoir de repas, ce qui nous a obligés à aller au restaurant. Notre séjour a donc ézté gâché. BRAVO ABRITEL et merci
