This updated three-bedroom Night Heron Cottage is located in East Beach Village, adjacent to Night Heron Park and Pool, and just a short walk to the beach. Nestled within a private canopy of trees, this cottage enjoys the best of both worlds – close proximity to Kiawah’s amenities and the peaceful reserve of a coastal getaway.
This one story cottage features a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and large living room. The great room, which includes both the living and dining areas, features beautiful hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, a wine cooler and a travertine tiled fireplace. The open floor plan makes it the perfect gathering place for family and friends. Sliding glass doors, located at the far end of the room, open to the spacious screened porch, where you can relax after a day of resort activities, and take advantage of the cool afternoon breezes. The back deck, accessible from the screened porch and master bedroom, offers an inviting place for you to enjoy your morning coffee in a peacefully wooded setting. For nature lovers, the screened porch and back deck offer remarkable spots to capture glimpses of Kiawah’s unique Island life, nature, and wildlife.
The living room features comfortable seating, a new 55-inch flat screen TV with ROKU and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals during your stay and includes hardwood floors and a cozy eating area.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with a flat screen TV as well as its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a new queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two new XL twin beds, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. These rooms share a bathroom.

The cottage is centrally located, making it a short trip to any of the 5 world-class golf courses on the Island. The cottage’s East Beach location is adjacent to the 21-acre Night Heron Park complex, the hub for concerts, special functions, and sporting events. The park features basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, a playground, nature center, pool complex, and fitness trail complete with cardio and strength training stations. Night Heron’s Pool complex includes both the Family Pool, a Jr. Olympic size pool with an aqua sundeck, lounging area and space for lap swimming, and the Night Heron Children’s Pool, featuring two amazing open flume slides, and a large toddler splash zone with baby bouncers and a toddler gator slide. The pool's expansive beach entry and interactive spray features that include water cannons and a 30-gallon dumping bucket are sure to excite children and adults alike. The cottage is less than a 10 minute walk to the 10 mile beach along the Atlantic Ocean. Guests also have access to the Adults Only pool at the Tennis Center.
This cottage is also fully furnished with a washer, dryer, and wireless internet. There is also a full size outdoor shower. Towels and bed linens are provided.

You will have full check-in privileges and all amenities as a resort guest including
access to all resort pools, complimentary on island transportation and discounts on golf, tennis, and bikes.

During the summer months we only accept week long reservations, running Saturday to Saturday. The deposit is due at the time of booking, and all deposits are non-refundable.
