Very nice. On arrival, the gate house did not have my name or any other information. I presented

Papers. Since most of us are 80 or close to that, would really have access to the elevator.

Spacious house

Lots of room for everyone with grill in covered porch. Most bedrooms on entry floor and master on 3rd floor with an extra bedroom next to it. Well thought out main living area in between on 2nd floor. Plenty of decks and porches for relaxing and contemplation. Most everything in good running order. Great spot, about a 10 minute bike ride from the beach.
