Good and bad comments

Overall the property location was very good. Only a couple of negatives, lots of construction going on around us, the beach location was not too easy to get to, we had to wade across some water in order to reach the beach. This meant if you had a wagon filled with beach toys, towels etc. you needed 2 people to lift it as you walked through the water.

The dune lake outflows and sand fluctuations can make beachgoing challening and be unpredectable but they do usually shift back in your favor pretty quickly.
