Le meilleur atout de l'appartement est son emplacement, son lit confortable et le fait qu'il ne soit pas froid, car il est petit. Cependant, l'appartement ne dispose d'aucun espace de rangement pour les vêtements, la douche n'a qu'une seule sortie fixe en haut, ce qui n'est pas très pratique, il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux et la cuisine est très mal équipée. De plus, l'appartement est séparé de l'appartement voisin par une porte et il n'y a aucune isolation phonique. Bien qu'il y ait du double vitrage, tous les mardis, on entend le concert du bar en bas. Enfin, comme les deux appartements sont reliés, si quelqu'un appelle l'interphone de l'appartement voisin, on l'entend également dans l'appartement, ce qui est très gênant. Pour quelques jours, ça va.

Concernant le bruit provenant du bar le mardi et l’interphone du logement voisin, nous sommes désolés de la gêne occasionnée.
