Bel appartement sur plusieurs niveaux, avec beaucoup de cachet. Plutôt bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Bien placé, en plein centre ville à quelques mètres de la place du vieux marché. Rues piétonnes, boutiques, cafés et restaurants. Parking souterrain à 300m place de la pucelle, très pratique. Service de conciergerie disponible par téléphone ou mail, très appréciable et personnel bienveillant. Dommage de devoir choisir entre le débit de l'eau et sa température... Pas du tout d'eau chaude le soir dans la cuisine et faible débit dans la salle de bain si vous voulez une douche chaude. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre située en mezzanine au dessus de la pièce principale. Geste commercial consenti nous permettant de quitter l'appartement 1h après l'heure prévue sans supplément. Vraiment dommage parce que l'appartement porte très bien son nom "Le charme normand intemporel" !

Parfait

Très bel appartement typique de la Normandie . En plein centre de Rouen , tout est à proximité . Parking sous terrain juste à côté très pratique . Appartement décoré avec goût . Accès très pratique ( pas de clés code de porte ) Excellent communication avec la conciergerie . Ils sont très à l’écoute et réactif.

Logement charmant pour un séjour atypique

Le logement est magnifique, très cosy et idéalement situé au centre de la ville ancienne. A refaire si l'occasion se présente. Je recommande +++ attention cependant aux nuisances sonores le logement est en hyper centre ville donc si vous souhaitez du calme, ce n'est pas le bon endroit.
