Sleeps up to 14. Nestled in a heavily wooded neighborhood, with a taste of wilderness around deer with antlers, exotic birds, and if you are lucky, you can hear soothing church bells echoing off the trees on weekends that touches your heart, mind, and soul. Experience a serene retreat perfect for family, corporate, and private events (event fees apply).

The home is in a safe neighborhood, and it comes with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, living room, breakfast room, formal dining, dedicated kids’ area with multiple interactive games for children of all ages including 3-1 game table (foosball, hockey, and pool), and the classic PAC-Man arcade, a huge backyard with sink, stove, and BBQ.

The home is also perfect for a family or a corporate retreat, birthdays and weddings with up to 250 guests. Additional fees apply for all gatherings or events when number of guests exceed 14 . Please contact host with details of your event to get a customized quote. A two-night minimum stay may also be required. Events need to be planned ahead and neighbors need to be informed in advance. Additional clean-up costs and plans for parking need to be discussed, at least a week prior.

The event fee applies for ALL events. If at any time, the number of guests exceed your stated number, you would be charged a fee. This applies to both a) guests sleeping overnight, and b) guests visiting you for your event.

There is a small apartment above the garage in the back. We may have people going in and out sometimes. Guests will have complete privacy in the main house.

This space and property worked so well for our family and our small backyard style wedding! Pricing, communication, location to nearby stores and so much more made this a good experience. It was peaceful and spacious and the kids had a blast. The host was very welcoming and easy to work with, allowed flexible check in/out times and was even so kind as to lend a beautiful wood cross that made our wedding that much more special!

We went to Houston for a baseball tournament. We were trying to save money by having multiple people stay in one house, 3 adult dads, 2 coaches and 3 14 y/o boys. To start, the outside was fine. Grass needed to be mowed, grill was unusable and the fire pit that was in the pictures was gone. The house said 5 bedrooms, but listed 6 rooms with beds. This could have been an office or living room turned into a room with a bed. When I contacted the owner about it, he simply said, "sorry, I see what you mean it is an oversite. I will fix the listing." I let him know this would not help me as it is going to be an issue for one dad. Again, he simply said, "I regret how that happened" and pointed out that it said 5 bedrooms at the top even though he listed 6 rooms with beds in the ad. One dad ending up going to a hotel since he didn't have a bed and a fouton made for a kid, in a room with another grown man, wasn't cutting it. Of course, this bumped up the cost for everyone else.When asked for Ejaz to reimburse me for the dad who left due to his misrepresentation of the house, he called me stupid and told me I should have contacted him. Which I did do. This guy is suspect and where the inside of the house was nice enough, I will avoid this owner at all costs.I will also say, this is the first negative experience I have had with Vrbo. Normally, their owners are great and so is Vrbo.

Family Wedding

We had 11 family members in town for our son's wedding. There was plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean, spacious, and a welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived. We met EJ and he was very nice and accommodating. Try staying here if you have a large family.

Awesome place to host a large family

EJ was an awesome host! He was extremely helpful, responsive, and hands-on. Prior to check in, EJ initiated contact, maintain throughout our stay, and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. The home was huge and provided enough beds for 12 adults. The furniture is a old but adequate. The game table and arcade machine was underwhelming but the adults didn't mind and the 10 kids still used them. I highly recommend anyone staying here and I/We would stay again.

Deceiving

The photos showing this property are completely deceptive. It is disappointing among other things.. The furniture is absolutely horrible, I mean broke down and I mean broke, and the foul odor of the sectional, the living room furniture needs to be thrown out replaced immediately.,it needs to be dried out, the smelly moisture odor is beyond overwhelming, two doors in the back have no curtains which means you can see directly inside and it was one of the most unsafe/unsettling feelings I have experienced in my entire life. This was an extremely uncomfortable position to say the least, and very scary until we went to the store to get coverage for them. The air conditioner does not work properly and needs to be replaced., the property has a stench causing the inside of the property to be extremely moist, hot, and uncomfortable. I was advised that although yes, there is a extra room above the garage no one would be there (because yes O floop no one else would be onsite.. however peoplewent and came the entire weekend.

It is sad that you choose to respond negatively because we asked for event fees. You had your fun with all your additional guests anyway. Two back doors have windows that provide view of the backyard, and that gave you "the most unsafe/unsettling feelings I have experienced in my entire life"?? The A/C works fine. We have been in constant touch with you and asked to be of any assistance if needed. Regret how you fail to mention any of that during your stay. You were advised about the extra room AND that there would be people in and out sometimes. Not sure why you assumed otherwise?
