Parking: Free gated parking is available for 2 vehicles inside the gate. No street parking is allowed. Please ensure your car is not blocking sidewalks or driveways. For groups bringing more than 2 cars, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for additional vehicles to avoid parking issues. The City of Houston enforces strict parking rules, and violations may result in fines or towing.

Security: Secure keypad entry and fenced property for your privacy and safety.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, and backyard. Only the attic and select storage/linen closets are reserved for housekeeping. Self-check-in with a unique keypad code makes arrival smooth and easy.

Accurate guest count required at booking (maximum 10 guests — children count as guests)
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request with a $30 fee
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No parties, events, or unauthorized visitors
Please remove shoes indoors and treat our home with care and respect

Pet Policy (If Applicable):
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before booking
Service animals: You must inform us of:
The number of animals
Whether the animal is required because of the handler’s disability
What work or task the animal is trained to perform
Unapproved pets (service or otherwise) will result in a $500 fine
Extra messes may incur an additional cleaning fee
We are committed to keeping this a pet dander–free home for all future guests

No Smoking:
This is a strictly non-smoking property
Any sign of smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee

No Parties / Events:
Parties and events are not allowed under any circumstances
Any violation may result in immediate removal from the property without refund
