Condo has potential

This rental has a gorgeous all-day view ,a good layout for two couples , new king beds and the shared building amenities are excellent. It is however in need of attention and upgrading. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we “made do” without many of the basics one would expect for a stay of 3+ weeks (oven ware, broom, cleaning cloths and supplies, and the ice dispenser was clogged). We discussed the following with the owner: - windows are yellowed and mildewed - the sliding doors and windows are missing screens - two of three ceiling fan controls are broken - the two casual lamps are broken and more are needed. - the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen needs regular adjustment. - instructions to operate the entertainment systems should be provided.
