The 1st cottage which is called "LE CEPE", is a house of 140 m² with a MAXIMUM capacity of 15 beds.

GROUND FLOOR LE CEPE COTTAGE:

– Equipped kitchen: Induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, raclette machine, electric plancha, stone appliance, electric crepe maker.

The kitchen opens onto a dining area with its wood stove.

With a capacity of about fifty seats or a hundred people standing, this spacious and friendly room allows for optimal sound reinforcement, guaranteeing a festive atmosphere without restrictions (no sound limiter here – Bluetooth speaker available).
Can be arranged to your liking and desires.
