On the 1st and top floor of this intimate residence, you'll find a living room equipped with a television and a sofa bed for 2 people. This space opens onto a terrace, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying lunch with the family!

On the mezzanine floor, you'll find a bedroom upstairs, equipped with two single beds (90 cm). A closet provides storage space for your belongings.

You'll also find a charming bathroom equipped with a shower and a single sink. The toilet is separate.

Parking:
You can park your vehicle in a private space.

Amenities:
The apartment has a washing machine and an outdoor area with a table and chairs. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious summer meals.
