Villa with garden view and 150m from the beach

The allegations of Mrs Ella Popova against me are completely groundless. She is claiming that my house is not a country house, that other people lived on the premises, that it was dirty, that the coast was not in a walking distance, that the coast was dirty, as well, that it was noisy and not according to the description overall. -The residence is located in a 6000 sq. m. piece of land, there are 60 olive trees and two cherry trees in the property which is surrounded by lush greenery and westward there is a small forest. The nearest settlement with population under 2000 people is 4km away. I believe that this is a description of a country house away from crowded touristic spots. -Another issue that Mrs Popova is raising is that I concealed that others would be on the premises, too.in This is untrue because my residence can host maximum 6 people and the company of Mrs Popova consisted of 6 people including herself. Nobody else was staying in my house at that time. -My residence was clean, tidy and fully equipped according to my opinion. However, when she complained about the cleanliness, I immediately offered to clean the place once again, sending the cleaning lady straight away. Mrs Popova refused. -The coast is 150m away from the house. All my other guests walked not more than 5 minutes to reach the coast including myself and my family. I attach a google map to show the exact distance and a picture of the road in front of my property where it is clearly stated that it is not a «highway». -The coast is not a private one, it is a public coast and extends to 20km distance. Am I responsible for the cleanliness of the coast? For all the above, I believe that Mrs. Popova’s complaints are ostensible and they cannot be maintained. The pictures of my property represent the actual state of it and I do not have any reasons to conceal it. The area is verdant, my whole place is available for 130 euros per day and can host 6 persons. Kind regads Dimitris Konstantinu
