CONTROLLED ADULT CELEBRATIONS ONLY ALLOWED. NO HIGH SCHOOLERS THINKING THEY CAN HAVE A PARTY HERE.
PARTIES WILL BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND POLICE WILL BE CALLED TO HAVE EVERYONE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY.

LOUD MUSIC NOT ALLOWED, SO NEIGHTBORS ARE NOT DISTURBED. REASONABLE VOLUME ONLY.

QUIET TIME IS 10pm to 8am

Tucked away in what used to be a little dirt road is this newly remodeled and renovated getaway home for families to enjoy for years to come. The home is close to everything and with all the new restaurants within 10 minutes. Gringo’s,Olive Garden,Chilli’s,Buffalo Wild Wings,Panda,Starbucks,Russo’s Pizzeria,Chick Fil-A,The Toasted Yolk Coffee,Mod Pizza. Kroger is 10 minutes away and Walmart is only 5 minutes away.

Please turn off ceiling fans and put AC thermostat at 75
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only Controlled celebrations allowed. SMOKING ALLOWED ONLY OUTSIDE HOUSE.
THERE IS A $150 PET FEE
BIG FAMILY GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED WITH AN EXTRA FEE FOR EXTRA GUESTS. NO ADULT PARTIES WITH MORE THAN 15 GUESTS. NO DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHTBORS.
