Overall I appreciate the host's patience with me given that I brought 7 dogs to the property as I was attending the Humble dogshow. Her additional pet fees for this were reasonable compared to others who will really gouge on this. One of my puppies also did tear up a curtain and the replacement cost she charged me was quite reasonable. I would caution though that the neightbors are a bit overly sensitive to noise at times. One of my puppies ran past me when I was taking the others to the van. He did a quick loop into the road and I caught him within a 30seconds, but I did yell his name 2x, "Fritz," and that was enough for the neighbors to complain that I was cussing and yelling and had a lose dog. Not the hosts fault, but just be careful given the neightbors apparent sensitivity.

Out of consideration for our neighbors, we kindly ask that all guests keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during early morning and late evening hours. Please note that the exterior of the property is monitored by security cameras. In the past, we have observed situations where guests were unaware of how easily noise carries in the neighborhood, such as early morning yelling and profanity. To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we ask that guests be mindful of their voices and surroundings when outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our home welcoming for both guests and neighbors.
