Why they chose this property
The biking, walking, dog walking time is terrific. Mature trees, lovely open McCormick Ranch greenbelt is a very unique feature to this Scottsdale neighborhood. Restaurants, hiking, upscale shopping and airport all in immediate area. Portillos, fine dining, groceries, Home Depot all within 5 minutes. Healthcare close by too, Honorhealth and Mayo Clinic.

The home situated on a cul-de-sac. Quiet, charming facade and tranquil backyard with covered patio with tv and propane gas firepit. The backyard is on the cherished McCormack Ranch greenbelt. Ideal for outdoor lifestyle. Pets, bikers, hikers, runners all share this tree-lined path which extends south to old town and connects paths alongside our cherished canal paths to Tempe Town lake.
