This condo is in a gated community near Maho Bay, St. Maarten and is situated on the perimeter of the Mullet Bay Golf Course. There is an excellent view of the Golf Course, the Lagoon and Maho Bay Village. It is
close to the Princess Juliana International Airport and to Maho Bay Village (3-minutes’ drive) which is home to the best dining,
shopping and gaming resorts on St. Maarten. It is only a 4-minute drive to the very popular Mullet Bay Beachand 6-minutes away from the American Univeristy Medical School.

Our vacation

Very nice property with a nice view of the Caribbean. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only negative for us was the steps. It was on the third floor and my wife had 2 knee replacements. We knew this in advance and she persevered. Probably would not rent this property again due to her disability, but would highly recommend it to anyone without knee problems.

You get what you pay for

The unit was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the view over the golf course and lagoon was nice . Unfortunately, thats all the good things I can say. The unit was on the third floor of a building with no elevator of easy way to get luggage upstairs. That was a major source of irritation and back pain. The unit's furniture was worn out and tired looking as was the kitchen. The locking mechanism for the front door caused much grief and seemingly endless hours to get in or lock up. The road to the unit is narrow and uneven, even by SXM standards. However,, it was worth the price if you travel light and only need a place to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast.

Gorgeous views, comfortable and spacious apartment

This apartment is great. It’s in a nice location close enough to Maho but away from the noise of the nightlife. It has good amenities within such as, nice smart tv, good wifi, basics for cooking and kitchenwares, full laundry machines, plenty of linens and a good shower. The balcony could use some furniture for real enjoyment of the golf course views, and I’d recommend leaving more bedroom drawer space for guests. I stayed for 3 weeks and definitely felt at home in this apartment and would stay here again if the opportunity came up!
