Born in Grenada but been living here since the 70's so of course I can help with any questions you may have and can direct you to any tours or fun things to do on the island.
I work at the airport for American Airlines and live close by in Simpson Bay.
Why they chose this property
This is a very active and complete neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, clubs and stores within a couple minutes walk. There is a pharmacy, clinic, salon, grocery, casino, bakery all within 5 minutes walk. Famous Maho beach is also about 5 minutes walk. Mullet bay about 10 minutes walk.

This property is right on the Maho Village strip. Everything within walking distance. Buses and taxis located just outside.
