Beautiful Rural Property

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed our time there. The outside kitchen was great and we used it most of the time. The pool was cleaned through our time there.

A great place for a family getaway!

Beautiful property! It has Everything a you need to feel at home. Although it is hard to find, The proximity to the beach is convenient. It is well kept, spacious and private. The owners and property manager are pleasant and easy to work with. I would love to stay again and definitely will recommend.

Absolutely amazing Villa & Holiday!!

We holiday abroad often and have been all over Europe and we as a family totally agree that Villa Katiuscia is the best villa we have stayed in to date. The Villa accommodation and pool is absolutely perfect in every way - we especially loved the aircon after a very hot day in the sun! Katiuscia and Ciro are very hospitable and warm - they are always on stand by to assist you if need be. We will definitely return again in the future and absolutely recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and fantastic holiday in Sicily!

Perfect week

We had a really good stay. The house has good qualities and the outside area are lovely. Lots of space, secure property, nice pool and a small «Zoo» as neighbor. The small city of Balestate is really nice. Good restaurants, cafees and small shops. And nice people. Not many tourists, but the locals makes the town lively at night. We walked to the restaurants. It takes about 30 min. We can really recommend this place.

perfect family house

very warm pleasant welcome and check-out by the owner Kati and Ciro as agent. Everything worked absolutely well. The big Pool which was cleaned daily. More than enough deckchairs and equipment. Especially kitchen and outside kitchen inventory complete and much more than available than needed. Plenty of towels, tea towels, pods and other equipment. We enjoyed the private sphere and security at this close area and the kids loved all. 3 aircos that did their job very well. ‚Little zoo’ around the house with canines, horse, peacocks, chicken, turkeys. We loved it and try to come back. Thank you Katiuscia and family and Ciro!

Location entourée de plusieurs poulaillers et de nombreux chiens , qui rendent les nuits insupportables .Il n'y a pas 3 chambres , mais 2 1 réduit (pas de fenetre ) avec lit enfant .La pergola extérieure est tres appréciable ainsi que la piscine .Beaucoup de belles visites à proximité .Agent trés sympa et trés rèactif .

Auf unserer Reise haben wir schon einige Häuser mit Pool gesehen, aber dieses hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Selbst die detaillierte Beschreibung konnte nicht vermitteln, wie beeindruckend das Haus tatsächlich ist. Vor Ort wirkte es noch faszinierender. Die üppige Bepflanzung hat das Anwesen in ein grünes Paradies verwandelt. Es ist umgeben von einer bunten Tierwelt: Truthähne, Pfauen, Hühner, Tauben und sogar eine liebenswerte Katzenfamilie sorgen für Leben rund um das Haus. Ein freundlicher kleiner Hund aus der Nachbarschaft schaut immer wieder vorbei, um hallo zu sagen.Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden: Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Salz, Zucker, Handtücher, Reinigungsutensilien, Müllbeutel und sogar Strandsonnenschirme.Ciro, unser Gastgeber, war unglaublich herzlich und sprach perfektes Deutsch. Leider musste er ein wenig auf uns am Treffpunkt warten. Er ist voller wertvoller Tipps und seine Gastfreundschaft hat uns sehr beeindruckt.Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und sind sicher, dass wir zurückkommen. Dieses Erlebnis war einzigartig und ist definitiv einen erneuten Besuch wert.

Traum Haus

Ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll, dass was man auf den Bildern sieht bekommt man 1zu1 geboten. Das Haus, die Veranda der Pool alles ist sehr schön. In der Zeit wo das Haus nicht an Urlaubern vermietet wird, nutzen die Eigentümer selbst und das sieht man an der liebe zum Detail. Einen riesen Lob an den Ciro der sich für die Vermittlung kümmert und eine super nette Person ist.

Estuvimos 10 dias en Villa Katiuscia y fue una esperiencia inmejorable. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa. En la cocina hay mas que suficiente cosas para cocinar todo lo que se te ocurra. Tienes tambien toallas para la ducha y la piscina, lo que te ahorra sitio en la maletan. Hay aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y en dos dormitorios. Funcionan muy bien por lo que en dias con mucho calor estas muy comodo. Pero lo mejor de la casa es la parte de fuera. Hay un porche super comodo con sofas, mesas y sillas. Siempre hay sombra en esa parte, cosa que se agradece en dias de mucho sol, y cuando estuvimos nosotros siempre habia algo de viento en el porche, por lo que

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus bzw. die Anlage entspricht den Bildern Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Die Betreiber sind alle sehr herzlich und helfen, wo Sie können. Vor allem Ciro vorne weg! Unsere Anliegen wurden schnell erledigt! Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe villa, 3 chambres ,un grand salon/cuisine. Un bel havre de paix où nous avons passés un superbe séjour. Accueil chaleireix et Ciro,Katuschia et Pepino sont là pour que vous ne pensez qu à vos vacances. Merci à eux 😊 . Dans tout les cas : N hesitez pas ,allez y. Même si le chemin pour y accéder est assez "chaotique", cela fait son charme. 50km du centre de Palerme,35km de l aeroport. Balestrate est assez central pour faire des visites: Erice, Castellemare del Golfo, Segesta,Trapani,...un bout de Sicile totalement authentique. Juste magnifique

Sehr schönes typisch italienisch eingerichtetes Haus, grosser, mit Palmen bepflanzter Garten und Swimming-Pool, viel überdeckter Aussenraum mit Aussenküche, ländliche Umgebung mit Tieren. Wir hatten beste Betreuung vor Ort, unsere Fragen/Anliegen wurden innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet und/oder erledigt. Wir können das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen und kommen selber gerne wieder. (Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir mit ihr nichts zu tun hatten)

100% Weiterempfehlung

Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Es war sehr geräumig mit einem wunderschönen Pool und sehr sehr netten Gastgebern, die auch gefühlt um 3 Uhr nachts aufgestanden wären nur, nur um uns behilflich zu sein. Traumhaft schön

Ich könnte es kurz machen: es war traumhaft schön, weil alles super geklappt hat, aber nun zum Detail: Im Vorfeld hatte ich Kontakt mit Ciro. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Ciro war jederzeit erreichbar und half uns immer und gerne. Zudem hat er uns tolle Vorschläge für Ausflugsziele gehabt. Das Haus war sehr schön. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für die Kinder war der tolle, große Pool ein Highlight, aber auch für Erwachsene einfach herrlich zum entspannen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, sie haben immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt? Wir hatten schnell das Gefühl zur Familie dazu gehören. Die Lage des Haues war wunderbar, etwas abseits von der Stadt, jedoch war Balestrate sehr gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, oder via eines Spazierganges zu Fuß, was absolut machbar ist. Zudem hat das Haus den großen Vorteil, dass viele Ausflugsziele gleich um die Ecke sind. Besonders hervorzuheben möchte ich die Außenküche und auch noch den Grill. Wir hatten sehr gemütliche Abende draußen auf der Verande mit herrlich gegrilltem Fisch oder Fleisch. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Margeritha sie kam jeden Tag um für uns in aller Frühe den Pool zu reinigen und um den Müll mitzunehmen. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war Ciro immer erreichbar und er hat sich sehr gefreut, wenn er uns helfen konnte. Fazit: Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist nach 3 Wochen herrlichem Urlaub. Mein Herz ist noch immer in Balestrate und wir werden auch wieder kommen! Es war ein unvergesslicher schöner Urlaub. Ich kann das Objekt absolut weiter empfehlen !!
