Brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances. New HVAC to keep you cool during the summer and a new high efficiency furnace to keep you toasty during the winter months. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer in the basement. Luxury vinyl plank in the first floor. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms. We have very fast internet through Greenlight - 500 mbps upload and download. Walking distance to the Strong Memorial Hospital and research centers. Conveniently located a few blocks to Collegetown, where you find shops and nice restaurants. 5 minute drive to the airport. Walking distance to the University of Rochester. Strong Memorial hospital is a few short blocks away.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a full sized bed, desk, night stand and desk lamp. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, nightstand, lamp and a double convertible loveseat. The third room has a queen bed, and a convertible chair, desk and office chair. Full bathroom has tub/shower, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, bidet and hamper.

Corporate leases are available as well or mid term leasing for traveling nurses or other healthcare professionals.

Strictly a nonsmoking home.

Great location for our daughter’s graduation from RIT

This house is a great location for RIT or UoR. Cute neighborhood with ability to walk to restaurants. Ample driveway parking which is a HUGE plus because street parking is very restricted in Rochester. Highly recommend!!!!

Maria's place is excellent

I stayed at Maria's place when I was in town for work. Her internet speed was super fast, and the entire check-in process was seamless. The house was clean, and it was clear she took pride in small details that made the stay very comfortable (e.g., toiletries available, coffee available). Thank you Maria!

Very comfortable stay

I spent a 4-day stay to visit my son who is a student at RIT. The house gives us a very warm ambiance for a family reunion. The house is very well equipped. There is a CVS in the neighborhood in case you need to buy few items. Most of the stores are less than 10 minutes drive away. The house is very well located next U of R Collegetown.

Made an emotional trip - easy

We were in Rochester to move my son into college. It was so nice to have a convenient home to be together as a family in between moving and orientation events. My kids all loved the internet availability and the bidet 😂. House was clean and Maria was easily accessible and helped make the process easy

Overall very good stay

Older house with minimal curb appeal, however the remodeled interior was nice. Amenities are nice and work as expected. No traditional cable (if you care about the sort of thing). Technically has two bathrooms, but one is in the unfinished basement and one is upstairs by all 3 of the bedrooms. None on main floor. Host Maria was very responsive and could be easily reached. Solid 8.5/10 for our stay!
