Gecko House has everything for your family and friends to vacation together! With 6 bedrooms in 4 separate spaces your family or friends can be together, but also have their privacy. It’s the best of all worlds! A private pool, deeded beach access and a dock on Lemon Bay complete the package. Nestled on a quiet street on Manasota Key you can finally relax, rest and play and have fun with your whole family and friends.

Gecko House has four units cleverly disguised as a big sprawling house.

Blue Gecko is the biggest space, taking up the entire second floor, with two huge bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen with an island, spacious living room, deck and even its own laundry room! This is the perfect space for two couples. The beds are Thuma frames - absolutely rock solid quiet - with Nectar mattresses and nice soft linens. Blue Gecko has central air controlled by a Nest thermostat, a Rabbit air filter, two standing desks and the highest speed internet available on the key. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a lovely meal while looking out at the beautiful foliage. A comfy sofa and two Stressless recliners in the living room make relaxing easy after a hard day at the beach.

Red Gecko is the next largest, at the left end of the house with its own driveway, a wonderful porch and lots of privacy. It has two good sized bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and a ceiling fan, plus plenty of closet space. It has a full bathroom with tub and shower and a window. It also has a full sized kitchen, including a dishwasher. This kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The living room has two comfortable recliners and a well-loved sofa that pulls out into a surprisingly comfortable bed. Stocked with plenty of board games Red Gecko is perfect for younger kids in your family.

Green Gecko is at the heart of Gecko House, right in the middle of everything. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. The bedroom has its own AC unit and so does the living room. Green Gecko has a great porch - perfect for that morning cup of coffee or just relaxing. It also has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need, and a nice sized bathroom with tub and shower.

Yellow Gecko is the smallest space, but also the most popular. It’s a studio at the right end of the house and faces the pool. With lots of windows and sliding glass doors Yellow Gecko is light and bright. The bathroom and kitchen are compact, but work well in the space. There are two twin beds which are usually set up as one king bed, but can be separated. This is a perfect space for teenagers in the family or a couple that wants their privacy.

So…6 bedrooms with 4 king beds ( or 2 twin beds in the studio ) and 2 queen beds, 2 pull out sofas and 5 bathrooms and 4 kitchens! Enough space for your entire family and friends to be together, yet have their privacy as well.

Gecko House also has a private pool with plenty of loungers, and seating for everyone. This is a great place for everyone to hang out and relax anytime. Conversation over coffee in the am, working on your tan in the afternoon, or an adult beverage in the evening. Plus, kids of all ages love playing in the pool and also the unicorn float🦄!

Besides the pool, there are two propane grills, a second laundry room downstairs, and a fish cleaning station. Oh, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach carts as well!
