This is a great spot if your in the area for fishing! Cabins have everything you need and each one had a car port so parking isn't an issue. I will stay here again for sure!

Place is perfect for fisherman. 2 minutes from the ramp and close to the Dock Restaurant. The place is safe and you don’t have to worry about your rig.

We have stayed in the cabin before and still love it every time we stay. I will be booking in the future. Everything was spot on for our fishing trip love the location. Close to Scottsboro and close to Waterfront Grocery. I have to call Scott and he was super nice and helpful. Great people and great place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed for a fishing tournament and only brought our food and personal belongings everything else was provided. Would highly recommend and will be staying again. Super clean.

Perfect Getaway

The property exceeded our expectations. The way the property is set up is absolutely perfect. Its right off the main road but sits back far enough that you don't hear the traffic. Its very private and quiet. Even with people staying in the cabins on either side of ours we didn't hear them. The owner was very nice and plesant. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Cole (right) and Scott (left) are military retirees and avid fishermen. We partnered to build Mink Creek Village after hearing from out of town fishermen that there is a shortage of quality places to stay near Lake Guntersville.

Why they chose this property

Mink Creek Village is designed for fisherman and recreational boaters who desire quick assess to Lake Guntersville. Our inner and outer roads and extra wide boat ports ensure that the first time you have to back your boat will be at the boat ramp. Your boat port is adjacent to your cabin so toting equipment is an easy chore. We have electrical outlets on the cabin exteriors so your extension cord will easily reach them from the boat port. Many of our customers simply need a place to stay while visiting relatives or conducting business in Scottsboro - our cabins are ideally suited for that too.

What makes this property unique

Mink Creek Village is built recognizing the special accommodation needs of fishermen and boaters. This includes 12 cabins with subsequent plans for a bait and tackle shop, convenience store and small diner soon. The big difference between Mink Creek Village and other lodging facilities is deliberate circular design of the site with an inner and outer road and adjacent car/boat ports for each cabin. This allows for easy, covered pull-thru parking for every cabin.
