Long term rental (4 months+). Enjoy Florida sunsets on the riverwalk of West Bradenton. Located on the waterfront of the Manatee river. Centrally located and a walking distance from Pier 22, the marina, restaurants and services. For fishing enthusiasts, the pier is but a few hundred feet away, so is the playground and splash pad for kids. Time to relax and enjoy the great sunshine that Florida offers. Our space is unique because not only is it right next to Bradenton’s historic riverwalk, but also close to many services, amenities and all the white sand beaches: Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, Coquina, Lido Key. Our clean and modern vibe will make you feel at home in no time. Pool and gym access in the main complex building. The beautiful riverwalk is located on the Manatee river in West Bradenton. Restaurants and services are close by and all accessible from walking distance. Don't miss the Bradenton Farmers Market every Saturday on Mainstreet. Enjoy fishing on the pier. A playground with a splashpad is located close to the building. You might see dolphin come close by. Walking on the Riverwalk is a great way to see the sights and sounds. The beach is less than a 9 mile drive! Local restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance so is the Fishing pier and the playground. Don't miss the Farmer's market on Saturdays from October to May.

We discovered this gem when exploring the Bradenton riverwalk area and the marina. After having walked the riverwalk and enjoyed a great dinner at the restaurant, we decided we wanted to have our own little piece of paradise.

Right next to the waterfront, our condo offers brand new amenities and a clean modern design. You are less than nine miles away from beautiful Anna Maria Island and its great beaches. The riverwalk allows you to enjoy great restaurants and bars all from walking distance. For fishing enthusiasts, the pier is a few hundred feet from the condo entrance. You will fall in love with the beautiful sunsets.
