Baltic Sea vacation home 'StrandLiebe' - close to the beach with sea view sauna and bathtub

The house Marin has 2 floors and offers on its 146 square meters with its modern architecture and the stylish interior pure relaxation and space for a dream holiday by the sea. The non-smoking house was completed in 2016 and makes with its unique location and the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and on Schlei the stay a special experience.

The large living / dining area on the ground floor with integrated fully equipped kitchen and a large kitchen island invite you to eat and socialize. Through the large, floor-to-ceiling terrace windows you have a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and at the same time access to the large sun terrace.

The round stove between living room and dining area gives the room a special atmosphere. From the large living area, the 2 comfortable TV / reading chairs as well as from the kitchen and the dining area you can watch the fascinating flame play through the large panoramic glass. Especially in the cold winter days, the stove spreads a cuddly feel-good atmosphere with pleasant warmth.

In the entrance area are next to the cloakroom also a shower room with WC and the stairs, from which one reaches the upper floor.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a very spacious bathroom. All three bedrooms have large double beds, wardrobes and smart TVs. The large bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling French windows opening onto the balcony overlooking the harbor and the Baltic Sea.

The very spacious bathroom with large bathtub overlooking the sea, a rain shower, a large vanity for two and toilet also has a large Finnish sauna. Especially on colder days, the bath becomes an oasis of well-being, and with a view of the sea, you can dream about the waves while you sweat.

The entire house has been furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is coordinated and well equipped, so you will not miss anything. Through the underfloor heating and thanks to the stove and the sauna, the house offers a pleasant warmth and a cozy and cozy atmosphere all year round.

Guests at Haus Marin are welcome to use the free Netflix access service and two 28 "Holland bikes free of charge.

The shed, which accommodates the comfortable seating for the terrace, is located directly in front of the house as well as 2 parking spaces.

The identical and identically equipped holiday home "OstseeLounge", which is located next door on the neighboring property, can be rented if necessary and offers z. B. for friendly families additional space for up to 6 people.

The house Marin is part of the newly built Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be building activity in the area. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.
