Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.
Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. The Desert Oasis is one of 16 tiny homes in our 5-acre community. Its surrounded by mountain views and an open landscape. You'll enjoy outdoor seating, and so much more. This tiny home features one loft, a full bathroom, and kitchen, lots of windows, and a playground. We chose this location because it has everything required for the perfect vacation: close to several state parks, national parks, and easy access. It's the perfect combination.
