This was a great location for our stay the home was clean and stock with great amenities I would stay here again and yes I will recommend this location to others!!
Great home for someone staying in the Jacksonville area. If you have someone serving in the Marine Corps on one of a couple of bases near this area, you can’t go wrong staying in this wonderful house. It has been meticulously renovated into a comfortable and useful space.
Spent Thanksgiving with my family here. Kitchen accommodate 3 people cooking and cleaning. Refrigerator was huge. We had a memorable time here.

Nice quiet and clean place to stay in Jacksonville. Enjoyed my stay while visiting my Dad in a local nursing home.

Property was basically clean and well maintained. The photos show a washing machine and a dryer, however at the time of my stay, there was only a dryer. My stay was short, so this did not play a factor, however had my stay been longer, I hope they would have had the courtesy to notify me beforehand that services listed were not currently available. Also, the oven is in dire need of replacement. The owners must be aware of this, as they left a note posted on the wall with instructions on how to shut off the oven via the circuit breaker, as the off button on the oven did not consistently function. The circuit breaker is located in the master bedroom, so any late evening or night cooking could potentially mean having to disturb someone sleeping within that bedroom in order to shut off the oven. An affordable home located on a nice piece of property, they just need to finish updating the appliances.
Cynthia was very communicable, house was clean, all the amenities, great location and in a very quiet neighborhood…. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville, NC!
I meant to give her five stars on communication, not sure why that isn’t reflected. We recommend Brandy to other house and hope to have her back again soon.
Thank you for choosing to stay at our place! Thank you for being respectful and communicating well. We recommend you to other hosts and hope to have your back again.
This house is very well done! Super clean and so nicely renovated. It was the perfect location for our purpose. Will likely stay again in the future.

Shona and guests were polite and communicated well. They left things looking great when they checked out. We recommend them to other hosts and hope to have them back again soon!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist" dog. :) Otherwise, a great little place to stay, well stocked, and very friendly/accommodating host.
Pleasantly surprised by how clean and bright and accommodating this house was. Too many extras to list. The two queen size beds are extremely comfortable. The futon and cot have much to be desired for an adult. My son was 6 ft 1 and not comfortable on either so he slept on the comfortable couch. Very happy with our first experience renting a home. We had our German shepherd with us. Nice that he was welcome.
We stayed in this house for about a week and a half and it was amazing! Everything was just like the pictures and very clean! I would definitely recommend this property and I hope to stay again!
