This house has an unbeatable location nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with stunning views and so much within walking distance, as well as fun adventures just down the road! The house has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and not feel on top of each other. Two comfy large separate living spaces (one upstairs and another downstairs), spacious bedrooms, lots full bathrooms, a huge kitchen, garage and backyard to enjoy! Come enjoy this magical location and home year round!

The house is well laid out with the kitchen, dining and living space all looking out to breath-taking views. The extra large kitchen, second fridge in the garage and enormous pantry making cooking for large groups easy. The upstairs living and dining room have plenty of seating and cozy corners for everyone to eat and snuggle up.

The master bedroom is huge with a massive bathroom with a jetted tub, a walk in closet and a comfy king size bed. Two additional bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen bed and one with a king bed) share a big bathroom with full tub. Two full size air mattresses and pac’n’play, with bedding for each, are available for guests to use.

The garage also has a cozy place to hang out and enjoy various sports and activities including air hockey. The house has 1/2 acre to enjoy as well as a nice big driveway for parking and playing.

There is also an additional powder room, spacious laundry room, linen and game closets on the main upstairs floor.

Downstairs is a second lovely living space with plenty of seating for reading or watching a movie as well as space to play with the various toys or games. There is also a full bath downstairs.

A small family or a big group can enjoy the well laid out space. The house is set up for adults to enjoy but also for kids of all ages to have a blast as well!

Diamond Point family gathering

We had a very good time. Spacious home, clean, kitchen well stocked (suggest adding a pizza cutter). Stunning view, best weather ever and a lot of fun watching airplanes and helicopters (Airport Days happening during our weekend). Below counter cabinet in kitchen to left of refrigerator has a broken hinge which leaves door hanging lopsided -- am guessing you are already aware of this. Though I understand the reasoning behind waiting to communicate entry code to the home, I would have preferred to have had it a couple of days early as we had our 3 families traveling distances and from different directions so it created an additional communication task on departure morning. Other VRBOs I've rented have provided it earlier which gave me a sense of being all organized and ready to check in at least a number of days before the rental period. You may have provided the protocol and I missed it, but I kept waiting for instruction and when it did not arrive I had to reach out to ask. Knowing the specifics of your system at the time I booked it may have reduced my stress around this. I did very much appreciate the offer of Mr Morris to build/put together a temporary ramp for the family member in a wheelchair -- that was so kind. Though that person ended up not being able to join us, we all very much appreciated the offer.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of space. 4 bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. Great view from the back deck.
