The bungalow is located at the entrance of the pretty lively village of Mézin, at the tip of the Lot et Garonne, bordering the Gers and the Landes. The shops in the centre are within walking distance (bakery, cellar, restaurant, pharmacy...).

Tiny house of 18m², recently furnished with care and air-conditioned.
The bungalow consists of a sleeping area with an electric bed including 2 independent mattresses of 70 cm (sheets provided), 2 pillows, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamp, electrical and USB sockets and a wardrobe with hangers.
A fully equipped kitchen area: sink, fridge, hob, microwave, bar table, 2 stools and everything you need to cook (tea towel provided). Kettle with instant coffee and tea bags.
A bathroom area, with shower, toilet, washbasin (towels and shower mats provided).
Outdoor terrace.
Shared pool with the host, as well as the courtyard and garden.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit check of €400 will be required upon arrival. This cheque will not be cashed and will be returned on your departure after the outgoing inventory of fixtures.

Some information about the village of Mézin:
Mézin is a tourist village in Albret, known for its Liège museum and its night markets on Mondays in summer.
