Our cottage is located on a quiet dead end street yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, live music, markets, the amtrak station and all that downtown Freeport has to offer. A short drive to Wolfe's Neck State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, the Desert of Maine and the beautiful mid-coast coastline.

The location of the property was perfect, private and quiet. The property was clean and everything we needed was furnished. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It served as an excellent base as we explored the state of Maine. It was convenient to everywhere.

Great location to stay in Freeport in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and well stocked. Close enough to walk into the shopping district of Freeport. This was also a nice central location to stay if you want to take some day trips along the coast.

This is a perfect haven for a couple, or a small group of family or friends. Everything is as nice as it's presented here at VRBO. Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Owner was very responsive and quickly addressed a minor heating issue and it was resolved. Highly recommended!

Great Location

The cottage could not be in a better location for visiting Freeport. It is an incredibly short walk to the downtown area, so much so we almost never drove even with the two kids. It is also a very short drive from the highway and wolfs neck state part. The cottage was the perfect size for us and clean which made the stay enjoyable
