- 38 m² living room opening onto the garden-side terrace: lounge area with a corner sofa, 2 armchairs, TV/Box and DVD player; dining area with a table and 8 chairs, air conditioning. - Separate WC
Level -1 with access to the garden: one bedroom (140x200 cm bed), one shower room. Garage for bicycle storage + freezer and washing machine
ON LEVEL 1: one bedroom (queen-size bed) with private bathroom, one bedroom (two single beds) with shower and sink, and separate toilet.
ON LEVEL 2, under the attic (air-conditioned): one bedroom (queen-size bed), a relaxation/reading room
Large terrace overlooking a pretty garden (at the back of the house) with a small, unheated above-ground wooden pool (3.40 m x 2 m).
