Scenic view flat in the heart of Grasse

## Space


The flat has 2 large bedrooms with breathtaking views of the Grasse hills and the Mediterranean Sea. One of the two bedrooms has a small balcony with a table and two chairs, so you can take full advantage of the view, and even linger over breakfast. Peace and quiet are guaranteed thanks to a pretty garden with trees just below you.

Each bedroom has a 140 cm wide double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your belongings.
One of the bedrooms also has a large desk for you to work at if you need to.

Fans are also available to cool you down on hot days.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals: an oven, a microwave and a 4-burner induction hob allow you to cook delicious meals. Dishes and a range of kitchen utensils are also available.

A large sofa in the living room is perfect for lounging and relaxing in front of the large television.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, allowing you to relax after a stroll through the streets of Vieux Grasse.

Between the sea and the mountains, Grasse blossoms ‘in a nest of flowers and hills’, as Stephen Liégard so eloquently put it: ‘Everything about this place sings of idyll, and in this fragrant atmosphere, you'll be able to relax and unwind.

The flat has an efficient internet connection.
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made up on arrival.

Please note that arrivals are only possible from 5pm to 8pm. In exceptional cases, arrivals can be scheduled up to 10pm maximum. No arrivals after 10pm will be accepted. For arrivals after 10pm, a supplement of €25 will be charged.

## Neighborhood

Located in Grasse, close to the old town and its points of interest, you'll also be within easy reach of the main roads, making it easy to visit our beautiful region.
There are bus routes in the immediate vicinity of the flat: the CARNOT bus stop is just opposite the flat. This means you can easily get to the centre of Grasse and surrounding towns.

## Transit

A car is recommended.
A private parking space is available on request for a supplement of 5 euros per day.
A package for longer stays may be available.
Be sure to park on the far left-hand side of the residence so as not to disturb other residents.

Please note that arrivals are only possible from 5pm to 8pm. In exceptional cases, arrivals can be scheduled up to 10pm maximum. No arrivals after 10pm will be accepted. For arrivals after 10pm, a supplement of €25 will be charged.

A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the secure online service Swikly, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
