Entire and individual family house for you alone, located in a very quiet residential area close to the sea: you can walk to the beach.
Surrounded by a pretty garden with southern colors: bougainvillea, oleanders and citrus fruits where you can relax and enjoy.
This 85 m2 accommodation, located upstairs with sea view, was completely renovated in 2016. Its 2 bedrooms, its large living room and its equipped kitchen will be perfect for a pleasant family stay.
You can park your car inside the property which is closed by fence and automated gate.

Ideally located for exploring the Côte d'Azur: a few minutes (on foot) from the Cagnes / Mer Hippodrome, Marineland Antibes, Biot glassworks, or the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. If you prefer greener landscapes, the Mercantour and the hilltop villages of the Nice hinterland await you.

All shops are within walking distance (hypermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctors).

For your travels: the Airport is 7 minutes (by car), the marina 15 minutes (on foot), the motorway access a few minutes, the bus 100 m and the train station 2 km .

Very nice place

Even though close to highway, no noise from the street; 8 min walk to the beach; we really appreciated this place, very kind landlord (lots of recommendations as restaurants etc)

Impressive villa near the beach

We enjoiyed our stay in a calm villa with a complete kitchen, large living room, and 2 bed rooms with air conditioner (separate WC beside the bathroom). The villa includes an own garden and parking area. The beach can be reached within 5 min; the highway is also very near. The kind host (Gilles Toubol) is very flexible for the check-in and check-out times.

We stayed here for a week. It did the job of having a roof over our head. It was a dated villa that had only one level open. The bottom half was closed off. The AC worked well in the bedrooms, which was nice on hot days. It was in a quiet neighborhood and located conveniently, allowing you to go to many different attractions in 30 minutes by car. There is also a bus stop close. The beach was a 10 minute walk with restaurants around. The community pool was one of the essential reasons why we decided to go with this villa. When we arrived, we did not see a pool. When we asked, we were told to find and pay for a pubic pool. Another thing listed was a house keeper. We were there for a week, no house keeper. It was not even mentioned by the owner. Although the kitchen did work, the sink smelled awful which restrained us from cooking at the villa or, even eating there. Overall, I would not come again, due to many things that weren’t provided for us that were featured in the amenities listed. For the price, there are many other places that were newer that also didn’t have a pool.

Nettes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt in ruhigen Seitenstraße. Es ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon essen. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Antibed und Nizza. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Entspannte Urlaubstage

Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen Nizza erreichten wir die Villa in 20 Minuten. Die Lage der Villa in einer wunderbar ruhigen Wohngegend ist optimal: Das Meer und die sehr gepflegte Strandpromenade mit einem breiten Strand sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der gut sortierte Supermarkt, Apotheke, Geldautomat und mehrere Restaurants. (Carrefour bietet zudem einen Lieferservice für Lebensmittel, ebenso die Pizzeria.) Die Villa ist super praktisch ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, gefreut haben wir uns auch über eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Olivenöl, Tee und Kaffee. All diese Annehmlichkeiten erlauben es, mit kleinem Gepäck zu verreisen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Mückengittern liegen nach hinten, wo es im Juni immer noch angenehm kühl zum Schlafen ist. Der Fernseher bietet vor allem französische Sender, das WLan funktioniert gut und stabil. Unser Vermieter Gilles Toubol war ´très gentil` hinsichtlich unserer An- und Abreisezeiten. Zudem erkundigte er sich während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nur nach unserem Befinden sondern half uns auch bei der Organisation des Taxis zurück zum Flughafen. Noch ein Tipp: besonders lecker gegessen haben wir im Restaurant "La Playa" an der Strandpromenade Richtung Marina. Wir haben in der Villa ACAPULCO zehn sehr entspannte schöne Tage verbracht.

Wunderbares gemütliches Haus

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern eine herrliche Woche! Der Kontakt mit Gilles war ausgezeichnet und ausgesprochen freundlich. Er stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben den Balkon und den schönen Garten ausgiebig genutzt. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants, Strand, Hafen und Tourismusbüro sind fußläufig erreichbar und eine Bushaltestelle mit super Verbindung z.B. nach Nizza liegt um die Ecke.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten mit unserem kleinen Hund eine Woche Urlaub. Die Lage, Ausstattung sowie das Ferienhaus an sich waren super. Das Grundstück war abgeschlossen, sodass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Wichtig war uns auch, dass wir unseren PKW auf dem abgesperrten Grundstück parken konnten. Herr Toubol, der Vermieter, war auch sehr nett, besser geht nicht. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la région. Le gîte est très bien situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la mer et des commerces. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir aller nous baigner sans prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Woche in Villeneuve Loubet erlebt. Das Haus liegt optimal, so das man für viele Aktivitäten das Auto nicht benutzen muss.

Un séjour parfait

La maison est véritablement un bonheur à vivre pour un séjour familial. La localisation ne pourrait être plus parfaite et le propriétaire est disponible et très agréable tout en étant parfaitement discret. Des vraies vacances au top !

Süßes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Südfrankreich sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick und mit Markise konnten wir auch trotz der warmen Temperaturen im Juni tagsüber draußen sitzen. In den Schlafzimmern sind Fliegennetze angebracht, so dass man gut lüften kann. Am Strand ist man zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten. Auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand mit der Promenade und verschiedenen Bars und Restaurants ist sehr schön. Aber auch die Altstadt, die etwas erhöht liegt, ist sehr ursprünglich und sehenswert. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns für einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Absolument parfait

Une location très bien située pour découvrir la région (à 10 minutes de Nice), et à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée, les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande à 100%

Idéal pour un séjour en famille proche des plages

Villa bien équipée, avec place de stationnement, spacieuse, proche des plages et d'une aire de jeux pour enfants. Nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour en famille !

Schöne Urlaubswoche

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Weg, aber auch die generelle Lage zwischen Antibes und Nice ist sehr gut. So ist z.B. Nice auch per Fahrrad entspannt erreichbar (ca. 13 km, gut ausgebaute Radwege). Obwohl auf den Straßen in der Umgebung viel los ist, befindet sich das Haus in einer ruhigen Ecke. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, von Balkon mit elektrisch ausfahrbarer Markise, zahlreichen dimmbaren Lampen, einem eigenen PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück bis hin zu schnellem W-LAN ist alles vorhanden. Lediglich eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, jedoch haben die Fenster der beiden Schlafzimmer Moskitonetze und Fensterläden, so dass wir bei durchgehend offenen Fenstern auch im August kein Problem mit der Wärme hatten. Gilles ist sehr freundlich und antwortete prompt auf alle Nachfragen.

If it is very hot, an air conditioning is missing. The beach has gravel only and not best for small kids. However, good host even allowing for electric vehicle charging for small fee, nice garden and see view. Calm area and nice terasse. Nice area with Antibes and Nice. Overall a good stay!

Un séjour vraiment très agréable

La maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Le quartier est très tranquille avec toutes les commodités à 5 minutes à pied pour des vacances reposantes sans voiture au quotidien. Un très bon séjour que nous renouvellerons sans aucun doute.
