This stone house is located in the middle of the vineyards of Libourne, 10 minutes from Saint Emilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux.

Very quiet area. Close to all amenities (supermarkets or city centre)
Ideal to spend a moment with family or friends, rest, visit the region and its vineyards. Possibility to arrange visits to our family winery.

You have a large garden, parking and terrace that are surrounded by vineyards.

The house has one floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed.
On the ground floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, a large living room with access to Netflix and WIFI, an equipped kitchen (nespresso machine) and a dining room.
