We had an excellent stay in this apartment. It has been very attractively renovated and thoughtfully fitted out with everything needed for a comfortable home away from home experience. It’s an easy walk to the station, shops and the central attractions. Excellent communication from the host. Dijon is a delightful city to visit

The property is clean and well maintained. It has a lot of natural light - the kitchen is lovely and bright in the mornings. For those who like to cook during their stay, the kitchen had a good selection of basic items. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment and therefore didn’t cook because we were visiting family in Talant. No hand soap was provided for the bathroom. There is a washing machine and drying rack, but no laundry detergent or pods were provided. The apartment is on the second floor for Europeans, third for USians, so it can get hot in warm weather. The temps in France have been extraordinary this summer, on par with the rest of Europe. There were two small fans, but as with many places in France, the apartment was not equipped with air conditioning. We were prepared for this and it was fine, but for those who depend on air conditioning, this is not the place for you in the summer. The main bedroom’s mattress seemed new and was super firm - it had very little give. Stepson said the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable. The bed pillows seemed like afterthoughts - they seemed old and were clumpy, not the kind of pillows we’ve come to expect at VRBO properties. The local area is picturesque and very walkable. There a lot of restaurants with patios nearby, perfect for the apéro. It’s also walking distance to the train station and tram, which is great. Despite the crowds of people on nearby patios, the apartment was very quiet at night.

Suivre le canal de Bourgogne ou se promener au milieu des vignes , marcher dans les combes...mais aussi visiter les musées, le patrimoine locale avec notre fille architecte...

Très bonne location. Très bien située, à la fois très proche du centre et dans une rue calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé, joliment rénové et très propre. Un parking couvert est à proximité. Un dossier d'accueil comporte tous les renseignements utiles et de bonnes adresses pour le séjour.
