Enjoy stunning views of the Rock River from this spacious loft sitting atop a historic brick Italianate-style building erected in 1865. Located in the heart of downtown Janesville, there are endless locally-owned shops and restaurants within walking distance- including Genisa Wine Bar, an Italian-inspired bar and restaurant just downstairs on the first floor (with free delivery!) Although the building is more than 150 years old, it's filled with modern luxuries. All bathroom fixtures are the latest available from Kohler, including a smart toilet and a high-pressure rainfall showerhead. All appliances are from Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, including a 24-bottle wine chiller. The living room and both bedrooms feature large smart TVs, and the entire space is filled with contemporary decor. Please note this property is not handicap accessible.
