Explore Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, a lovely coastal town located in Vendée.
To fully enjoy your stay, settle into this charming house that can accommodate up to 6 people.
You will appreciate its large garden, perfect for outdoor meals, as well as the sunbeds provided for your sunbathing.
The first beach is just 2 km away, ideal for cooling off this summer. The rest of the time, set out to explore the region and taste its local specialities!
You will first access the living area with the living room, the sofa TV corner and access to the garden. You will also find a dining table and an open kitchen, fully equipped for your comfort. You will find everything you need to cook, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo.
You will then access the sleeping areas, with a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190), a second with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), and a last one with two single beds (90x190).
A bathroom completes the whole.
To park, two private parking spaces are available right in front of the house. If you wish to charge your electric vehicle, a charging point is also accessible in front of the garage door.
Ideally located for families and close to beaches, the rental is located at:
- 750 m from the restaurant "Casa di Mamma",
- 600m from a small convenience store
- 900 m from the restaurant "Le Refuge du Goulet",
- 2 km from the theme park "Festy Park", ,
