Large and bright T2, with a large living room (kitchen, laundry closet, SAM, living room) about 25 m², glass passageway serving the bedroom and the open bathroom (with walk-in shower) dressing room, Toilet independent. The whole has been refurbished.
Each room (including the toilets) is FACE MER, with a breathtaking view of the Ile de Ré.
TERRACE of 55 m², and its land overlooking the beach. POSSIBLE DIRECT ACCESS
Large garage with mezzanine.

Tranquillité, sérénité. Tout l'appartement donne sur l océan même les toilettes, ce qui est plutôt amusant. Acces a la tranche sur mer par la plage , on peut abandonner voiture sur le parking.Très, très bonne adresse a noter et a ne pas oublier .

Magnifique studio au bord de l'eau toute les commodités sont au rdv. Le bruit de la mer et la vue est juste incroyable.Appartement propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut.Vraiment un coup de coeur !

Très bon emplacement

C'est un très bel emplacement juste en face de la mer et nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. La communication avec le gérant était facile. Le mobilier nécessiterait un petit coup de neuf et notamment la literie. Merci pour ce beau séjour en tout cas

Je vous remercie d’avoir pour votre commentaire . Lorsque vous évoquez le couchage vous faites probablement allusion au canapé convertible . Il est ancien effectivement puisqu’il date des années 60 , nous avons opté pour un univers vintage. Je tiens à vous rassurer nous avons conscience que le matelas est daté même pour un couchage d’appoint . C’est pour cette raison que nous allons le remplacer à neuf dès la fin de cette saison .

UN REPOS ASSURER

Lorsque l'on souhaite se reposer profiter du soleil, de l plage, de la pèche, le lieu est idéal La literie est au top. logement très bien équipé. Bon ok seul bémol le store banne très capricieux mais indispensable lorsqu'il y a du soleil. Bref je recommande

28 jours face à l'océan dans un appartement u calme, discret, les pieds dans l'eau et très bien agencé. Il ne manquait de rien! Sympa pour une location ou l'on est pas obligé de tout racheter.

Exactly what we wanted

The apartment is as described. It is directly at the beach and there is sea view from everywhere (bed, toilet, shower etc.). The kitchen is very well equipped. We did not meet Alain but the contact via mail was always very nice. We would love to go there again in future.

Séjour fabuleux par la vue et les pieds en direct sur le sable de la plage. Déco atypique année 1970. Envie d’y retourner malgré 2 bémols, le confort du canapé et du lit qui mériteraient une évolution......

Les pieds dans l océan

Superbe petite maison les pieds dans l océan, belle terrasse donnant directement sur la plage, intérieur très agréable , belle vue partout où l on se trouve dans la maison!!!(mêma dans les toilettes !!!), très calme(hors saison), les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été très sympa , commences à proximité (1,5kms), nous sommes venus pour profiter de l’océan à toutes heures, et cet endroit est un vrai paradis !!!
