My two star review is due to problems that arose and the lack of personal service provided. The location and apartment were good, tho I think the tiny apt is overpriced. The check-in is via the email/text instruction only, no one is there to greet you or explain any details of the lodging. We needed coffee badly and immediately put a pod into the coffee maker and it refused to work, giving a blinking red light. This occurred every time for the next three days. We checked the apt for info in the folder and in the drawers for a manual but there was nothing. When I emailed to ask about it their response was, "What apt are you in". This surprised me as they had my reservation on file, of course. The apt had no # or identification on the door so there was little for me to reply back with.Additionally, the tv would not work, the screen only saying "aucun signal" and again no info in the apt’s welcome folder, so we wrote an email asking for assistance. The reply we got was "It has worked for everyone else, turn on the tv and box". Well there was only a tv but no box so the answer was less than helpful.In the end we gave up - we never got coffee or tv reception in the apt.And just so you know we are not dummies, our next vrbo in Avignon was terrific and we made coffee and watched Netflix whenever we damn well pleased.Good luck to those who visit Lyon, it’s a sweet town.
