Lovely, spacious home tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from the most beautiful beaches in the world! Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, family room, and a game room offer plenty of space for families to spread out. Breakfast nook & formal dining room seat up to 10 people. Well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal prep. After dinner, relax by the fire pit, have a drink on the back patio, or toss a football in the large yard.

CHECKOUT INFO: 1. PLEASE BAG and deposit all trash in the bin(s) inside the garage. 2. Leave beds unmade; do NOT remove bedding. 3. Load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and start.

4. Remove all your food and personal belongings from the home. 5. Place any used bath/hand towels and wash cloths in the tubs. 6. Turn off all lights.

7. Set AC to 76 degrees in summer or heat to 65 degrees in winter. 8. Lock front and back doors. 9. Check out before 10:00 am.

Shalimar is a quaint little town that borders Fort Walton Beach and is just a short drive to Destin. The property is located close to the airport and the military bases. The quiet, walkable neighborhood borders Garnier Bayou.

Private, spacious home that sleeps eight. Lot borders woods on two sides. Just steps from the Bay and a short drive to the beach! The house is located in a safe, walkable neighborhood.

We added a game room recently that includes board games, a dart board, air hockey table and basketball game.

A wonderful family retreat, with plenty of space to spread out, and a cozy place to make memories.
