Step into this cozy and compact cottage where everything you need is right at your fingertips. The full-size bed takes center stage, flanked by two bedside lamps that give the space a warm, calming glow. Overhead lighting keeps things bright, even without much natural light.

To your left, there’s a simple work-from-anywhere desk setup with a comfy office chair — perfect for remote work, journaling, or scrolling while you sip your morning coffee.

Across from the bed, you’ll find a mounted smart TV and some open shelving for your essentials. The kitchenette is efficient and functional, with a stovetop, microwave, and enough space to prep a quick meal or reheat leftovers from a local spot. At the back, there’s a clean, no-frills bathroom with a standing shower and everything you need to freshen up after the beach.

It’s simple, quiet, and just right for budget-conscious travelers who want a clean place to sleep, recharge, and explore Fort Walton Beach.

While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

We kindly ask all guests to notify us of your expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. This helps us ensure the property is fully ready and any access arrangements are smooth.

Parking: You’ve got one designated parking spot right in front of the cottage. Easy peasy! Just keep it to that one spot and don’t block the road or any neighbors.

Be a Sweetheart: Treat this space with love! No wild parties, no blaring music—just good vibes and chill times.

Guests: This little getaway is just for you! Please, no unapproved visitors or extra overnight guests.

Trash Talk: If you need to toss anything, bins are provided—please use them so we keep things nice and tidy.

No Puff Zone: No smoking inside the cottage. You’re welcome to step outside if you need to, just keep it cute and clean.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our linens and Towels, we kindly ask guests to avoid using them for any items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Many of these substances cannot be removed easily, and in some cases, the stains are permanent. When this happens, the linens must be disposed of and replaced, which comes at an additional cost. If our cleaning team provides a photo report of stained or damaged linens beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
