House on the edge of a marine pond close to the beach

The maisonette is composed on the ground floor of an open room and the bathroom including a shower and toilets.
The ground floor has a bedroom and a mezzanine, the space is separated by sliding doors.
The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, the mezzanine has a sofa bed and the living room has a BZ.
The 10 m2 terrace, located 10 metres from a small private and well-maintained beach allowing swimming in the sea pond, offers a view of the Canigou. Equipped with an awning, it is sheltered from the tramuntana.
The air-conditioned accommodation is very well equipped (electric plancha, oven, toaster, casserole, 2 deckchairs, two boards and oars...) .
The residence faces the Dosses natural park classified NATURA 2000 and it is located 500 metres from the beach. Many activities are possible nearby (fishing on site - ski lifts, kitesurfing - sailing school - tree climbing - cinema - casino - Les Déferlantes - Christmas market...). A LIDL is 1km4 from the residence.
The residence benefits from a secure car park.
Located on the border between the Aude and the Pyrénées Orientales, the location allows the discovery of this area rich in tourist places and Spain is 35 minutes away by car.
For the high season, the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé.Le logement est propre, avec tout ce qu'il y a d'utile en particulier pour cuisiner avec un plus une plancha. 6 couchages.La communication était rapide et fluide.Les alentours sont fabuleux avec l'étang au pied du logement avec une petite plage privée.Je recommande cette location
