The Emerson Estate is a glamorous 13-bedroom vacation rental that invites you to indulge in the desert lifestyle.


The vast grounds surrounding the Mediterranean-inspired villa are covered in swaths of lawn and dotted with palm trees. The scuptural pool rests in the middle of it all with unobstructed views of the mountains.


Everything you need for a day in the sun comes with the villa, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels.


Steps from the house, you’ll also find a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, a long dining table with seating for more than 20 guests, and a covered patio with a fireplace.


Indoors, the 13 bedrooms sleep up to 26 guests, with every detail thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests rave about our signature bedding, which you will sink into for a sound night’s sleep.


The brand new kitchen is a cook’s playground. We’ve stocked it with all the basics and then some! You’ll find every size and style of cookware, pantry staples like olive oil, a massive stove, and more. Cook a feast for your guests, or hire one of our private chefs for an extra special affair.


The Emerson Estate is the prefect venue and has hosted elegant weddings, Revolve festival, corporate events, and you may have seen the property featured on Netflix's latest season of Selling Sunset.

The best property I’ve stayed at in my life

This was the most spectacular venue that I’ve stayed at yet. Beautiful massive piece of property with fig trees, horses, and an amazing spanish style villa. The house has everything you could want and then some. I would love to come back here one day.

Amazingly beautiful property, every detail was sterling and no expensed spared. The property management was very accomodating with services, though the estimated cost and hours ended up pretty far off. Beautiful Oasis in Coachella Valley

This property was perfect for our company's work retreat for 25 guests. The rooms all have king beds that can be split into twins so everyone had their own bed! The property is immaculately maintained and clean, the pool is divine at sunset, and the table set up fits at least 30 for dinner. And the property manager helped organize everything perfectly. We'll definitely return next year!

Amazing Home

Although it is a massive property, my friends and I were very pleased with the intimacy provided by each common space. We never felt like we were inside a cold mansion yet had enough space to never feel squeezed! Thanks to Diana especially for the open communication.

Beautiful Secluded Home!

Gorgeous remote property with plenty of space both inside and out. Great accommodations to host a large group. Swam in the pool during the day and the game room at night. Kitchen facilities were excellent. And plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Will definitely not hesitate to rent again!
