The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming little 40 m² alpine chalet for rent, situated in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, deep in the mountains and close to the ski resorts. Ideal for a holiday for four, it comprises a 10 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, and a shared 100 m² terrace. Wi-Fi is included – all that’s missing is you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
– A 10 m² living area with a sofa, armchair, dining area with a bench and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, hob…
– A shower room (with shower) and toilet.

First floor:
A mezzanine with a sleeping area divided into two sections: a double sofa bed (140×190) and two single beds (90×190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: barbecue, high chair, cot.

Outside:
- A 100 m² south-facing terrace, shared with the residential complex, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The property is situated on the hills above Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse (at 1,350 m), in a very pleasant setting. Within about ten minutes’ walk, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
- La Stass’ all-season ski resort, about 1 minute (220 m) on foot
- St Hugues Les Egaux alpine ski resort, about 15 minutes (8.7 km) by car
- Le Planolet resort, about 11 minutes (4 km) by car
- Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, trail running, paragliding, etc.)
- The Grande Chartreuse Museum, about 14 mins (7.8 km) by car

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free near the accommodation (50 m).

- Nearest railway station: Grenoble railway station, approximately 55 mins (32.7 km) by car
- Nearest airport: Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Airport, approximately 1 hour (49.5 km) by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed-rate surcharge may apply
