East Wing – Primary Suite
The private primary suite is a serene retreat with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, clerestory windows, and direct access to the pool and spa. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features dual sink vanities, a private water closet, an oversized walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.

West Wing – Guest Suite
The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and its own private en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate commode room.

Third Bedroom & Additional Amenities
The third bedroom is centrally located and includes a full-size bed, with a full hall bathroom conveniently just across the way. A full laundry area is located in the hallway leading to the garage for added convenience.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy true desert luxury. Under the covered pergola, you'll find a built-in gas BBQ, alfresco dining for six, and comfortable lounge seating—perfect for enjoying a good book or your favorite drink. There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
