Very beautiful Quercy house from the 17th century; 53 m2 completely renovated in 2024, in a quiet environment and surrounded by greenery.
The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Dolce gusto coffee machine), kettle, gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, crockery, fan) TV and wifi as well as a large bedroom with its queen-size bed.
A separate toilet, Italian shower.
Sheets and towels are provided as well as artisanal soaps and shampoo (with wine from rocamadour vines or buffalo milk)
A 25 m2 terrace.
Quiet and relaxing for a successful holiday.
The house has a garage to secure your bikes and motorbikes.
Parking is free. Ideal location 5km from the city centre, 800 m from the castle of ceint d'eau, commerce nearby.
The house remains close to tourist sites (Figeac, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq -Lapopie, Gouffre de Padirac Zoo de Gramat...) PGJyPg
Many possible activities near the Cele valley and the Lot valley for more information, do not hesitate to contact me.
