There was plenty of space and the space was tastefully designed and decorated. The fireplace was warm and cozy. We had everything we needed and we had quick and easy to downtown and the riverfront areas. Also, our host was always quick to respond to inquiries.

Nice clean house, house condition is as pictured. The bunk bed was so squeaky that it caused us issues with our planned sleeping arrangements but believe the owner is now aware and will take care of it for future guests. Basement was chilly so I’d plan accordingly if using the basement bedroom. Owners were very responsive and came over to assist with our issues and brought an additional heater which is always greatly appreciated.

Great location above the Cable Car… quiet neighborhood, great views, spacious place, clean, new feel, good beds, easy to use TV’s, great fridge and kitchen, open space for gathering along with sizable deck… We will be back for future gatherings in downtown Dubuque. Guests love strolling the streets, riding the elevator, or simply relaxing on the deck with sweeping views of Dubuque and the Mississippi River.
