Parking space is available. The house itself is about 30 meters above the street, so that the already weak traffic does not disturb.
The house is built in solid construction on two floors. On the ground floor are the large living room with dining area (serving hatch to the kitchen), fireplace and a 5.50 meter wide sliding window to the lake. Furthermore, the kitchen (equipped with fitted wardrobes, gas stove and fridge), a bedroom with 2 beds and a guest toilet.
