About this property

Ecological villa between thermal baths and volcanoes; wellness treatments available.

Contemporary villa located in the quiet area of Boisvallon in Boisséjour, municipality of Ceyrat (63122), at the foot of the volcanoes (10 minutes from the Gergovie plateau and the Chaîne des Puy, 30 minutes from the Massif de Sancy and Vulcania). This area is served by bus lines 4 and 26. It includes a shopping center and its shopping mall. It borders the municipality of Royat (5 minutes from the thermal baths and Royatonic).
The municipality of Ceyrat, a green city, offers a hundred kilometers of short hiking trails.
You can enjoy the ecological house built in natural materials, without linky and without WIFI. You will benefit from a large south-east facing terrace and a 300 m2 garden with fruit trees.
The house consists of:
a living-dining room of 60 m2 with a fully equipped open kitchen ("Senseo" coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle...),
a TV area with sofa and connected TV,
bathroom and separate toilet on the first floor,
a master suite with a double bed (160x200) and with its private shower room,
a reading area and a bedroom with two single beds (90x200).
free parking with 2 spaces in front of the house.
The owner is a naturopath. You can make an appointment on site for a naturopathic consultation, preparation and follow-up during the spa treatment, Tui-Na or Chi-Nei-Tsang massage.

L'hôte a été trés accueillant ,des petites attentions : café, thé , serviettes de toilettes , nous ne manquions de rien . La maison est trés agréable ,elle est lumineuse ,le poêle à bois est un plus pour le confort .
