OCEANFRONT Condo in North Carolina. Enjoy this cozy resort-like property directly on the sand with indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, kids playground, exercise room and clubhouse. Enjoy beautiful ocean views sitting in front of your fireplace in your main living room and living beach balcony. Soak in the sunrise and sunset from your private master bedroom balcony.

Also enjoy the covered picnic area and three outdoor pools. Nearby attractions include the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War Museum, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, shopping, numerous golf courses, great fishing, endless dining and entertainment options.

We provide all the comforts of home; bedding, towels and a fully functional kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware. We also store some kids beach toys in our private storage closet. Private covered parking under the condo with room for two cars.

Everything was nice, but should let people know that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only.

It was so easy to rent this property. The area was just as described, very relaxing. We saw dolphins everyday right in front of the property!

Wonderful Family Beach Trip

We loved staying here with my family. We were right on the beach and the views were just amazing. Rooms were large and beds weee comfortable. It seems lights were replaced as they were not out as in some of the reviews below stated & we used a key to get in and out which was no issue at all. Hope to be back! Location is great! Quiet & at the end of Kure. Kitchen needs renovation, several cabinets do not open/broken. Not well stocked. Bedrooms do not have room darkening curtains. Beds are comfortable.

Beautiful as promised

We saw storms on ocean with huge waves right from our balcony. The sunrises were so beautiful almost every day. Our rental seemed more like our house. Everything we needed and more.. we are definitely coming back next year too!

Family get away

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed the location right on the beach. The condo was adequate for what my family and I needed. The couch was a little uncomfortable, the fridge died after the first couple of days we were there but the owner replaced it the next day. Unfortunately we lost a weeks worth of food that was in there. There was also a few cockroaches that came out to surprise us after the exterminator came in to spray the condo for bugs. We did enjoy our time there and would recommend it.

Quaint place - great value

This was a great property right on the beach. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the normal beach city buzz this is a great place. You still have Carolina beach 10 minutes away with plenty of food options and some entertainment. As for the rental, the prior reviews are accurate about light bulbs being out and front door keypad not working. Everything else is as described. The host responded to my questions quickly.

Nice place for a beach visit

This is a 2BR ocean front condo with 2 nice ocean-side decks (the MBR has it's own deck). The decks are sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Comfortable for 4 people. Very convenient to Kure and Southport (bwo ferry). The keypad lock was not working during our visit, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. Several lights not working in the unit. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Overall, a very good choice for a week at the beach.

Last summer fling

We lived the location, the amenities, and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately we had an issue with roaches. Perhaps brought about by storm but it kept us from hanging out on the deck in the evening. I slept with lights on as well. We hope this was just an unusual situation. I communicated with the property contact. I appreciate her getting back with me.

Needs Some TLC

The views were beautiful, and convenience to walk just a few steps to the beach was perfect. It was a quiet, uncrowded area, which was perfect. The accommodations were adequate, but suggest some TLC, replacement of broken outdoor furniture, and fit the lights!!!!! At least two of the earlier reviews, several months ago, mentioned critical lights that were not working. Silly us, we assumed that would have been rectified. They have not. Not having working lights on a staircase is a liability. There were more lights that did not work, than those actually working. It doesn’t make sense to have a vacation rental in this wonderful location and not take simple steps to ensure safety and reasonable comfort for paying guests.

Beachfront fun

Very cute property right on the beach. The ocean is literally your backyard. Like others said, would have been nice to have taller chairs to see over railing but not a deal breaker. We also took plastic chairs to sand so would have been nice to have actual beach chairs. We left our umbrella for others to use. Place is small but very well organized. Plenty of kitchenware and seating spaces. Close to everything if you don’t want to cook. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Sisters' Road Trip to the Beach

Overlooking the fact that we were locked out for an hour at check-in, several overhead lights in kitchen and main floor areas not working, a newer set of frying pans and a few more glasses would be nice, ice maker in freezer, bad ice build up in freezer.... we still loved the location and had a great time.

This place is great....

Everything was better than advertised. The check in was super easy and the place was clean and had all the comforts of home. In the garage area we found body boards and a beach umbrella. Opening the sliding glass door out of the master bed room and seeing the sun rise and hearing the waves hitting the beach can't be expressed in words. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on returning.
